Excellent Service. A huge thank you to Richard and his team for their dedication to altering my wedding dress making sure it would fit me perfectly! As beautiful as the dress was, its intricate lace meant a lot of meticulous skill was required to alter it. We had to meet up several times until Richard was satisfied. He was absolutely lovely from the first time we met and watching him work and his professionalism, I knew I was in safe hands. The final result was breathtaking! Excellent service and tailoring. Richard and Zygi were absolutely brilliant in making my dress the best it could be. I bought a sample sale Raimon Bundo dress which had a fair bit of damage and one tailor I went to prior to meeting Richard didn’t believe it could be fixed, which sent me into a bit of a panic! Seeing Richard and how calmly and professionally he approached the problems was like the difference between seeing a junior doctor and a consultant (I work in a hospital so this is my reference point!).
The confidence he gave me in his ability to repair and fit my dress was so needed and as a team they managed to deliver me a dress which I love and fits me better than I could have imagined.Thank you so much for all of your time and efforts with my dress, truly grateful xx

Great service, pleasant appoitments! My dress arrived see though from the designer, so this wasn’t an easy fix, with many layers and folds some thinking out of the box tailoring was required! Richard and the team were fantastic, always had all ready on time and as we discussed! The appointments were always fun and pleasant, and I even brought my second dress over to get shortened.
My dress is in the end super perfect to the T. Every.single.detail. Perfect! (And Richard won’t forget my perfectionist eye, I’m sure! ? Thank you Richard for pleasant and professional service, you made the whole process enjoyable and stress free!

Highly recommend: thorough work, on time and on budget! I couldn’t praise more Richard at Exclusive Alterations. Not only did he do a fantastic job at fitting the dress perfectly to my needs, he also suggested some alterations that were spot on. My dress was not an easy one: lace, beads and tulle and he altered it to perfection, adding two shoulder drapes which turned my nice dress into a much more unique and stunning creation. In comparison with other alteration companies, his prices are very reasonable so I must say I didn’t expect such a good service!
On another note, getting married is stressful and I am incredibly grateful for his patience and his constant smile: i don’t think I could have coped with just an “average” nice person; having someone who goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy and feeling ok makes a big difference.

Sample bridal dress restoration Happy is a complete understatement! I’m ecstatic. I bought a sample Essence of Australia wedding dress that was in a decent condition but I needed to fix the zip, buttons and alter it slightly to my shape. Exclusive Alteration are magicians. I had three fittings and they ensured that the dress was perfect for me. I got it dry cleaned and freshly steamed through them. The dress looked brand new! I couldn’t be happier and would whole heartedly recommend them. The only regret is not having the groom’s suit made with them!

I can only describe Richard in one word – fantastic! The dress I bought was size 12 and I needed to have it altered to size 6. I didn’t even think this would be possible but Richard worked his magic and after a few appointments I had a perfect dress. Richard was always happy to work around my busy schedule. He is extremely patient, a good listener with a healthy dose of humour… which is so helpful! He put me at ease straight away and I knew I could trust him with my dress.
